Custom

Choose the "Game Mode" selection at the options screen. Highlight the "Exit Game Mode" option. After several seconds, the message "Huh? You've discovered the secret area. Now you can access the custom menu" will appear. Press A to quit game mode and access a new "Custom" option. You can now set the colors of the Puyo Puyo and watch a CPU vs. CPU match.

Alternate
ending sequence:
Have over 180,000 experience and do not use any continues by the end of of normal Puyo Puyo mode. You will fight Masked Satan after Rulue. Defeat him to view an alternate ending sequence.
